4. Subscription Plans and Payments
Free and Paid Plans
Interview AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts have limited features and usage. Paid subscriptions unlock premium features and unlimited usage.
Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay)
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Refund Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the free plan
- No prorated refunds for partial months
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Interview AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the service to cheat, deceive, or misrepresent yourself during actual interviews
- Share your account credentials with others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others through our service
6. Intended Use - Practice Only
- Unethical and dishonest
- Potentially illegal in some jurisdictions
- A violation of these Terms
- Grounds for immediate account termination
We strongly encourage ethical use of our platform for interview preparation only.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

Interview AI, including its software, design, features, and content, is owned by Interview AI Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using Interview AI. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the service.

- OpenAI: AI language processing
- Deepgram: Audio transcription
- Razorpay: Payment processing
- Supabase: Authentication and storage
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Service "As Is"
Interview AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Results or outcomes from using the service
- Fitness for a particular purpose
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated responses are for guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses. Always verify information and use your own judgment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interview AI Technologies shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or opportunities
- Interview outcomes or employment decisions
- Data loss or security breaches
- Service interruptions or technical issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interview AI Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the service

Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
